Understanding Our Rental Guidelines
Here’s what you need to know to make your rental experience smooth.
Our Policies
The boring but necessary details...
Effective Date: March 2025
Booking policy:
We require a 50% partial or full payment to secure your event date and rentals. We cannot hold dates without payment. Once we receive your deposit or full payment, your event date is reserved. We will follow up to confirm the receipt of payment and finalize event details. Adjustments to rental numbers can be made up to one week before most events. We are happy to accommodate your needs.
Delivery & pick services:
A standard delivery and pick up fee will be charged on all rentals within Heber City, Midway City, Park City, Kamas, and surrounding Wasatch Back areas and beyond. The standard delivery fee starts at $25. An additional delivery fee will be charged for locations farther from our business address. Additional delivery fee is based on additional mileage outside the Heber City and Midway City delivery zones. In most cases, all tables and chairs will be delivered day of your event. In some cases, we can arrange for delivery the night before and pick up the day following your event. We will coordinate drop off and pick up dates and times in advance of your event; typically the week of your event date.
Optional set up & tear down services:
If you would like our team to set up the tables and chairs for your event, just let us know in advance. We charge an hourly rate per person required for all set up and tear down services. We are happy to help take this off your “to do” list on the day of your event.
Cleaning fee:
All tables and chairs need to be wiped down and clean following your event and prior to pick up. Don’t have time to wipe up spills or messes? That’s okay. But please know, a cleaning fee of $5 per table and $5 per chair will be charged for any tables or chairs that are not wiped down and require additional cleaning. Our team will ensure all tables and chairs are clean prior to and at time of drop off. All linens will be freshly laundered, folded, and delivered in an enclosed container. Pressing services require an additional fee and must be confirmed well in advance of your event date to ensure time to press each linen.
Damage or replacement fees:
Accidents happen – and we get that. Please note, you will be charged current retail price to replace any damaged or missing tables, chairs, or linens following your event. Our team will ensure all tables, chairs, and linens are in excellent condition and working order prior to and at time of drop off.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your rentals, please provide at least two weeks’ notice. Cancellations made less than one week before the event will incur a 50% charge of your payment. If you reschedule, we can apply any paid amount to your new event date.
Inclement weather policy:
Severe weather can impact outdoor events. In such cases, we can reschedule your rentals or offer a full refund. If cancellation due to inclement weather occurs after we arrive for drop off or set up, a $25 fee will be retained for time and costs incurred, but the remaining amount may be refunded.
